Bhejo Gaadi operates its own fleet of electric vehicles (EVs) and professional drivers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of all ride and logistics services. Please read our delivery policy below:
- All deliveries are carried out by Bhejo Gaadi’s own fleet and drivers, ensuring full control over quality and timelines.
- Orders or service requests are typically scheduled and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of booking, or as per the pickup/delivery schedule agreed at the time of booking.
- Bhejo Gaadi is committed to punctual delivery, but is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or regulatory restrictions.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of booking.
- A confirmation of pickup and/or delivery will be sent to the customer’s registered email ID or via SMS as provided during booking.
